Integra AV Appoints Top Sales Manager to Lead the New Team

Integra AV has appointed Jim Solonyna as sales manager to lead the sales drive at the new Paull manufacturing site.

The £1 million site officially opened earlier this year and is already proving to be a success story. Jim’s appointment reflects the need to push forward the Integra AV brand into the market place.

As sales manager, Jim will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day sales leads and making sure the customer gets exactly what they require, on-time and to their exact specification. He is also assisting the directors of Integra with the sales and marketing strategies to move the business forward.

Jim, from Brough, is married with one daughter and has lived in the region for the past 5-years. He has moved to Integra AV from a company within the industry.

Last year Burstwick-based Integra Buildings took the decision to expand into manufacturing its own anti-vandal units – Integra AV – in a massive investment that proves Integra’s continued growth and commitment to invest in the local economy.

Integra AV operates from a 32,000 square foot factory and office facilities on two-acres of land in Paull, east of Hull. Already this year the business has taken on 25 new members of staff from the local workforce, including welders, paint sprayers, labourers and joiners.

Jim’s appointment is complemented by the arrival this week of Stewart McDonald. Stewart, from Thorngumbald, Nr Hull, is the new sales administrator and will be Jim’s right-hand man.

Based at the 25,000 square foot Burstwick head office site, Gary Parker, managing director of Integra said today: “We are delighted to welcome both Jim and Stewart to the Integra AV team. Jim’s knowledge and expertise in the anti-vandal arena will be a huge asset to the success of Integra AV.”

Production Manager, John McGlynn, is running the AV site on a day-to-day basis. He added: “I am really pleased to welcome Jim and Stewart to our team. The first five months in business have been successful and finding the best people for these roles has been essential in order to effectively drive forward the business. With these appointments it gives us further strength to fast become one of the major players in manufacturing anti-vandal units in this region.”
