Expansion and Growth at Integra AV

Integra AV has launched the new Genesis range of stand-alone steel welfare units to the industry.
In conjunction with Sutton Power Engineering, the new range is launched this month to cater for public and private sector clients with requirements for stand alone welfare units for building sites and construction works.
In a planned expansion and despite the current economic climate, Integra AV in East Yorkshire, is forging ahead with investment and growth to establish a strong market position in the construction industry.
The welfare unit range includes stand alone facilities with toilets, drying rooms, a canteen area and an additional small office.
Gary Parker, managing director for Integra AV, said: “The new Genesis range is answering a market need. As a business we are forging ahead with our expansion plans, with the desire to establish ourselves firmly in the steel secure accommodation industry. Standing still at a time when the country is under an economic downturn is not our business plan. We are continuing to push forward and the market place is responding to that - and we are due to launch further products including modular and fire rated units in 2009.
“The Genesis range gives clients a choice of units with different specifications – but also with an off-the-shelf delivery. Costs are vital to everyone and we are providing a fast and cost effective service for businesses who need stand alone units.”
The Genesis range has six products from Mark 1 to Mark 6 – with three standard internal layouts that can be adapted to 26ft by 9ft or 26ft by 10ft. The new range offers businesses the opportunity to purchase a fully self contained unit. In addition Integra AV can design and supply tailor-made units to meet a clients specification.
Units from the Genesis range have already been purchased by a leading construction group in the south. Jim Solonyna, Integra AV sales manager, said: “We saw the need to provide a full range of welfare units to the industry. We have designed and developed the Genesis range in-house and already delivered our first welfare units. The market place needs these stand alone units, as it is one of the first things that goes onto any new construction site that has no electrical or plumbing facilities. The units provide all the facilities that would be needed for staff on site and fully complies with HSE regulations.”
Sutton Power Engineering, a Scunthorpe based business has designed and fitted the compact generator unit to meet our required specification.
Richard Sutton, managing director at Sutton Power Engineering, added: “We are really pleased to have joined forces with Integra AV to launch this new product range to the construction industry. We have designed and developed very neat and compact full service generators for the Genesis range and know that Integra’s clients will be delighted with the facilities available in the units.”
Integra AV has a Genesis show complex on site at their 32,000 square foot factory on two-acres of land west of Paull village, East Yorkshire. To view the Genesis products log onto www.integra-av.co.uk.
Integra AV was launched in 2007 and is part of the Integra Group, which incorporates AV and Integra Buildings. Integra Buildings is a well established business with 11 years in the industry as designers and manufacturers of prefabricated, portable and modular buildings.
