Integra AV secure steel self-contained welfare units are a fully integrated 4 in 1 solution powered by generator, ideal for start-up sites where mains services are not available.

They are built to the same high standard as our office units and provide optional facilities of your choice, including:

• Canteen
• Drying room
• Office
• Toilet

The toilet facility can be water fed or chemical type.

• External walls are 1.6mm 2 corry profiled mild steel with a paint finish
• Floor deck of 15mm exterior grade plywood decking screwed to 75 x 40 x 3mm cold formed steel joists
• Roof constructed of mild steel panels with a  perimeter ‘J’section gutter of 3mm mild steel with paint finish
• Corner lift/locate points to roof and slotted base plates to floor.  Option of jacklegs if required
• Windows are 914 x 914mm double sliding aluminium framed with mill finish, complete with side hung steel external shutter
• High level windows to be 600 x 300mm fully opening, aluminium framed, singled glazed obscure
• Double skin steel entrance door hung in steel frame on continuous steel hinges and fitted with 5 lever deadlock.
